The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the Forest of Dean and close to family we were visiting. the service was friendly and helpful, with absolutely gorgeous rooms and a lovely breakfast with lots of choice.

All was great, no issues to report.

Had pleasant stay for one night. The location seemed beautiful helpful in directing us to a restaurant. We had a lovely cooked and full size breakfast with locally sourced wild boar sausages included.

the bar was alive with energy, but once in our room, total tranquility. breakfast was top-notch, staff incredibly friendly and amiable. spacious, bright room was perfect for families, we felt like cherished guests. new inn exceeded all expectations during this crab fest in cinderford, unforgettable experience to treasure.

noisy neighbors disrupted sleep all night.

we had a wonderful one night stay at the new inn. michelle could not be more helpful. rooms are newly decorated and very comfortable & clean. my son had his mountain bike with him and they stored it securely overnight for us. breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. we would highly recommend the new inn. Cons: couldn't stay longer 😞.
